Where is my parcel?

For UK customers:

Most first class parcels are delivered within 2 working days of being dispatched, but please allow up to 5 working days under the present circumstances. Please note that Royal Mail do not consider a 1st class parcel missing until 10 working days have elapsed.

For international customers:

Your tracking code can be found on the dispatch note sent to you via email. Click this number to be taken to a tracking page. Once the item has left the UK, you will be directed to the page of your national mail carrier. If no information is available or your parcel hasn’t arrived within 15 days, please contact us.

When will my parcel be dispatched?

At present, it is taking approximately 2-3 working days for orders to be packed and dispatched. I’m drinking plenty of caffeine to keep on top of it though, I promise!

When will my parcel arrive?

As a general rule, we expect UK parcels to arrive within approximately 3 days of dispatch. Please note this is approx 4-5 days after the order was placed.

International parcels can take between 7 - 15 days. All international post is sent tracked, unless the destination country does not offer this service.

If I order a bundle (pre-pay subscription), when will they be sent out?

The first parcel will be processed immediately, in tandem with our standard processing and dispatch time frames. All subsequent parcels will be dispatched within the first ten days of each month for which the subscription is valid. If you prefer to receive one parcel every other month, please select the “bimonthly” option at checkout.

I want my parcel to arrive on a specific day. Is this possible?

The closest we can get to nominated day delivery at the moment is the Royal Mail’s Next Day by 1pm service. To be eligible, please order before 4pm on a working day and note that orders placed on a Friday likely won’t be moved from the sorting office until Monday, meaning that the “next day” will be Tuesday.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you experience a problem with your item either in transit or upon receipt, please let us know within 30 days of the order being placed, and we will work to find a suitable solution. This is a gift. Will they know it’s from me?

We offer a complimentary gift note service, meaning that you can leave a note for your recipient at checkout. If you would like them to know who the parcel is from, we strongly recommend utilising this service.
