How do I access my digital library?

The first page of your booklet contains the URL and password to access the digital library. Sometimes the pages can get a little stuck together, so please give them a wiggle just in case!

(N.B. “PW” stands for “password” and is not part of the pass phrase).

How will I know which ingredients to buy?

A full list of ingredients is included in your recipe cards. If you would like to get organised ahead of time (e.g. if this is a gift that you would like to use as soon as it arrives), please get in touch with us and quote your order reference, and we will be able to help.

My parcel hasn’t arrived yet.

For UK customers:

Most first class parcels are delivered within 2 working days of being dispatched, but please allow up to 5 working days under the present circumstances. Please note that Royal Mail do not consider a 1st class parcel missing until 10 working days have elapsed.

For international customers:

Your tracking code can be found on the dispatch note sent to you via email. Click this number to be taken to a tracking page. Once the item has left the UK, you will be directed to the page of your national mail carrier. If no information is available or your parcel hasn’t arrived within 15 days, please contact us.

Is Covid-19 affecting the post?

It’s hit and miss, but the short answer is: yes.

First class services in the UK are generally taking a day or two longer to arrive, although generally speaking service is still swift and reliable. If you are buying a gift for an occasion, we recommend purchasing at least 10 days in advance.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

At present, it is taking approximately 2-3 working days for orders to be packed and dispatched. I’m drinking plenty of caffeine to keep on top of it though, I promise!
